Truth's Moment is built upon the foundation of the Thought Captivity Model. This model is central to all the training and counseling provided in our search for healing and health. Our training intensives focus on teaching you how to apply it in your own life and relationships, how to build upon that understanding as you grow, and to allow you to take what you have learned out into the world to help others as they struggle to gain an understanding and perspective in their lives, as well.
Multi-day conferences include intensive training sessions designed to help you master the concepts of Truth’s Moment. Taking the Thought Captivity Model into more detailed and complex situations provides the opportunity to really master the thought cycle that spins out of control. You’ll learn to take subconscious triggers and reactions and move them into conscious decisions and respond with control.
For those who need to take better control of themselves, who want to renew their relationship, or are embarking on a journey to be discipled and to disciple others, this is a powerful way to prepare!
Establishing your boundaries – both internal and external – enables you to protect yourself and provide the self-care you need.
Ownership of your own thoughts, emotions, and responses frees you from judging and condemning yourself and others.
Setting the patterns of healthy thinking provides a reset for your lifelong patterns of triggers and reaactions.
These events are 2 – 3 days long, jam-packed with information, exercises, practice, soaking time, and provide the opportunity to get to know others who face the same challenges. Some of our participants have referred to their experiences as “trigger boot camp!” They say it with a smile and a new level of confidence in their lives.

Discipleship Training Intensives

For those interested in diving into the Thought Captivity Model, this is the introduction. You'll work through the TCM to learn how it applies to all your relationships.
What is the TCM? Where did it come from? How have people been helped through this practice? How can it change your life?
In this next level workshop, you'll begin to practice using the model and concepts with others, you'll get into some case studies, and you'll be applying the concepts in real situations.
It's a boot camp, of sorts, learning how personally affected we are in our daily lives by these triggers, emotions and reactions.
